Project enquiries

When you submit the project-enquiry form, the details you provide are processed by this website’s server endpoint so they can be delivered to Divyak by Zoho Mail. They are used only to review the enquiry, respond, and manage a potential engagement.

This website does not add a separate enquiry database or CRM. Enquiry delivery and any mailbox retention are handled through Zoho Mail.

Booking a call

The booking page embeds Calendly. Information you enter while scheduling may be processed through Calendly to arrange the meeting. You can also use the direct Calendly booking page ↗.

Limited analytics

When analytics is configured and you allow it, Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics to measure limited website activity. The site sends controlled event context for commercial CTA clicks, scheduling progress, confirmed bookings, and successful enquiries. It does not send enquiry form fields, booking invitee details, Turnstile tokens, or raw query strings as analytics event data.

Campaign attribution is limited to first- and current-touch UTM source, medium, campaign, term, content, landing page, and timestamp. It is stored in this browser for up to 90 days after you allow analytics, and can be included as supported UTM fields in Calendly or as separate controlled metadata in an enquiry email. Google click identifiers such as gclid, wbraid, and gbraid are not stored or passed in this release.

You can change the analytics choice for this browser here. Declining analytics does not prevent the enquiry form, Turnstile abuse prevention, or Calendly from working.

Abuse prevention

The enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent abuse. This security check operates independently of the analytics preference.

Keep sensitive access details out of the first note.

Please do not send passwords, access keys, or confidential production credentials in an initial enquiry. If an engagement proceeds, an appropriate secure working channel can be agreed.
